Overbury is a leading UK fit-out and refurbishment specialist, employing over 500 staff and operating across multiple offices nationwide.
The challenge
Overbury required ongoing, high-quality training across Microsoft 365, Adobe and Asta Powerproject to support staff working on fast-paced construction and refurbishment projects. With teams spread across the UK and varying levels of experience, the challenge was to deliver consistent training that fitted around project workloads while remaining relevant to different roles.
Our approach
Since 2009, PWM Training has worked in close partnership with Overbury to manage and deliver a continuous programme of training. We take responsibility for the end-to-end process, from scheduling and coordination through to delivery and feedback, allowing Overbury to focus on its core business.
Training is delivered through a mix of standard and tailored sessions, scheduled around staff availability and role-specific needs. Where required, we design bespoke content to reflect Overbury’s systems, workflows and project environment.
The results
- Over 150 courses delivered to more than 800 attendees
- Consistently high satisfaction scores across sessions
- Improved confidence and competence in Microsoft 365 and project management tools
- A long-standing, trusted training partnership spanning more than a decade
By outsourcing the management and delivery of its digital skills training to PWM Training, Overbury benefits from a flexible, reliable programme that continues to evolve alongside the business.
