PWM was founded in 2009 by Kerry Purdy, Laurie Willis, and Conan McDonnell to provide specialist IT training services to a wide range of businesses and organisations.
We take the time to learn about your organisation to fully understand the various ways your team prefers to learn. This allows us to develop a bespoke plan that will improve your business, saving time for your colleagues and helping them work smarter and more collaboratively.
It’s not just a process. It’s a partnership.
We believe in delivering training to the highest standards, aligned to our clients’ organisational processes, culture and vision, with proven results.
We are experts in Microsoft 365 apps and keep ourselves continually informed of the ever-evolving functionality, and our multi-sector experience gives us different perspectives on best practices.
We create new and engaging ways of delivering training to adapt to each client’s specific needs and culture, leading to more effective learning and increased adoption.
We are down-to-earth and are great at explaining features and benefits in simple terms that everyone can understand. We are approachable and always enter the room with a smile.
While our founders are still actively involved in training, we’ve expanded to include a number of specialists. While every member of our team is confident across the entire Microsoft product suite, they each have additional expertise in certain applications.
