Customer Brief

In July 2010, Unilever approached PWM Training with a requirement to assist with SharePoint 2007 training for UK and International staff. This would take place online using Live Meeting.

Solution Provided

Rollout: PWM Training agreed to provide two days per week of online training on a wide selection of SharePoint topics, each day consisting of 3 to 4 sessions. The agreement also included provision for assistance with creating Help materials and running ad hoc training sessions to suit staff working in different time zones.

Post Rollout: Since the successful provision of this requirement, we are now assisting Unilever with a new training schedule for the latest version of SharePoint and Office 365 due to be rolled out this year. The additional training will be a blended solution of online training together with an extensive video library which staff can watch in their own time; this is particularly beneficial for Unilever’s international staff presence.
